Why we're here

We started Carried With Us because we have lived this. We are two mothers who know what it is to leave a hospital with empty arms — to plan a goodbye instead of a nursery, and to wonder how the world keeps turning.

For a long time, we each believed we were the only one. We weren't — and neither are you. This is the community we needed and couldn't find: a place where your child is remembered by name, where your grief is never too much, and where hope is allowed to sit quietly beside the sorrow. However long it has been, and however today is going, there is room for you here.
